If you have a technical problem with any of our products, please visit our Support Center by clicking on http://support.ksoffice.net.

In the knowledgebase section, you can find the answers to some of the most common questions. You can also visit one of our Support Forums where you can interact wih other users of Kingsoft software! who may have experienced the same problem and may already have discovered how to solve it. You will need to register to use the Forum, but this is a very quick and simple process.

If you are having difficulty installing the Kingsoft software! software, we recommend that you read our Installtion Guide, which will guide you through the process, or the complete User Guide .

Finally, if you are not able to find the answer to your question here, you can "Live Support" with your question directly to our support team. It is very easy,we are privode online support.

When sending a question, please supply the following information:

  • What operating system are you using? (e.g. Windows XP...)
  • What version of Kingsoft software! are you using? (e.g. 6.3.0.1736- you can find this information in the "About Kingsoft Office 20099 Pro!..." dialog)
  • What is your basic hardware configuration? (e.g. Intel Pentium III 800 MHz, 1024 MB RAM)
  • How do you connect to Internet? (e.g. dial-up, using a proxy server, using a firewall...)
  • Do you use other security software? Which one? (e.g. Norton Antivirus...)
  • What are the steps to reproduce the bug again? (such as what was the system doing at the time of the problem...)
  • Do any error messages appear? If yes, what exactly do they say?

If you have any suspicious files that are not detected by the latest version of our antivirus programs, you can send them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . The ideal way to send such files is to compress them as a ZIP file with the password 'virus' (so that the attachment is not deleted by some other antivirus software on the way).
