No Comments20th, March, 2011 from KSOffice Team
Many times, we print some articles for reading, because you can not plug into a computer all day long in the pocket; sometimes we make changes to print some document, as thinking to use color-coded signs on the computer is not an easy operation … … there is always something often need to print out some material in order to think it more convenient and better feelings. There are some English materials such as the need to read them, mark them, and thenlearn new things, so we have to print it out, but we have to use the least paper to accomplish our goals.
Ok, then we can start our save printing step as following:
Delete the blank row.
We can see that there are many Blank row in the text of above, it will waste lots of paper when printing. We can chose them and delete them.
Please click Edit–> Replace, or use shortcut Key Ctrl + H, Then fill in the Find what as ^p^p and Replace of ^p. It also can be found in the Advanced functions for Special Characters.
Then you will find that the text can save much space and then shorten the whole page, then save much cost for using more papers.
